We operate a 14 day money back guarantee for all horoscopes purchased from our Online Shop.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will refund the full purchase price, at our discretion.

To claim your refund please email within 14 days of your purchase stating why you are not satisfied. You must include your Transaction ID, name and date of purchase. All this information can be found in the order confirmation email sent to your email address immediately after purchase.

Where we consider that an order has been made in a way which is not entirely honest (as happens from time to time), we further reserve the right to make an administration charge.
