Answer - It is free to join and your Personal Daily Horoscope is free, and other horoscopes too. We also have an membership upgrade option which gives full access to all live forecasts and unlimited downloads of the your reports (for family and friends too). This upgarde is only 99 cents per month - $0.99. You can cancel at anytime.
Is Interactive Stars secure ? are my personal details safe ?
Answer - Yes! Our website is fully secure - your visits are safe and private (unlike other Horoscope web sites).
How do i join so i sign in for my unique Personal Horoscopes?
Answer - It is really easy - just go to this page.
You do NOT need a PayPal account to join.
How do i cancel your Interactive Stars paid subscription ?
→ log into your PayPal
→ click 'Settings' - this is the cog icon top of the page
→ click 'Payments'
→ Find - 'Manage your automatic payments'
→ find 'InteractiveStars.com -> click it -> then click 'cancel'
NOTE - If you are using the Paypal mobile app 'Automatic Payments' may be called 'Pre-approved Payments'
How do i cancel my account ?
If you are using our free services then simply contact us and we will cancel your account.
If you are using one of paid for services:
→ then log in to your members admin here
→ Under 'Active Subscriptions' click 'cancel'
→ Then, click 'Yes, i want to cancel my subscription' and follow instructions.
How do i change my birth details ? Including my date of birth or place of birth ?
Answer. It is easy. Do this:
→ On the top menu click Me and My Friends
→ Opposite your name select the drop down menu
→ Scroll down to the bottom of the menu and select 'Change My Birth Details'
Note - the process is the same to change a friends birth details.
Is the data i provided when i signed up kept safe and not shared with any other companies ?
Answer - Your data is very safe. We do not sell or share any of your personal data. Regarding your payment details - these are securely managed by PayPal - we do not see or have access to these details. Please read our Privacy Policy for more details.
